Royalty Free License.

All PowerPoint Video Backgrounds footage is royalty free, which means it can be used as many times as you like without incurring additional fees or costs.  All rights are reserved by PowerPoint Video Backgrounds.  This single user license is granted only to the registered owner of a PowerPoint Video Backgrounds clip.  Your invoice is the proof of your registration.  In no event will PowerPoint Video Backgrounds; its Directors; Employees or Agents be liable to you for any consequential, incidental or indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use the software or media.

Permitted Usage:
By this agreement PowerPoint Video Backgrounds grants to the registered owner the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the PowerPoint Video Backgrounds clip in any presentation, video, internet or multimedia production.

License Restrictions:

• You may not copy or distribute copies of the images, movies, media, documentation or packaging to others.
• You may not sub-license, sell, re-sell, distribute or provide to others any portion of a PowerPoint Video Backgrounds clip.
• PowerPoint Video Backgrounds clips and stills may not be included in any other clip media/stock product, library or collection for distribution or resale.
